Friday Folders (Susan Sipe, Andrea Grangeon, Joan Madden and Ana Diaz)
Each Friday, school-wide information originating from the office will be placed in a folder and sent home with the YOUNGEST child in the family. Classroom information will continue to be sent home by the teachers. The folder should be SIGNED by a parent/guardian and returned to the teacher on the following Monday. This will serve two purposes:
* the elimination of duplicate letters, flyers, etc. from multiple children in the family, and
* the assurance of accurate communication between office and home.
Families who return their envelopes each week will receive one volunteer service hour at mid-year and again at the end of the year.

Held four times a year, in the Parish Hall at 7 pm, these meetings are designed to give families important information regarding the upcoming events and fundraisers sponsored by the Home and School Association, as well as updates on school business by Mrs. Irene Lynch. This year the meetings will be held on September 6, October 18, January 31 and May 1. Prior to and immediately after the meetings, time will be allowed for a uniform exchange, a 50/50 drawing, and the distribution of no uniform passes. Please sign in at the beginning of the meeting. All families who attend all four meetings and who work their twenty volunteer service hours will be entered into a $250.00 tuition credit drawing at the May 1st meeting.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE HOURS

All families are required to volunteer 20 hours of service to Epiphany Cathedral School during the year. A record of service hours performed by volunteers will be obtained by the chair of each event and sent to the school office. Opportunities for accumulating hours are offered during the school day, on weekends and evenings, by working at home or even baking cookies for a Home & School meeting. Those families who do not complete their service hours may pay $10.00 for each remaining hour. You may verify your hours at any Home & School Meeting or by emailing Candy Mausser, candymausser@comcast.net
